Welcome to KillBox CrossFit! We are a locally owned CrossFit Affiliate located in Cheney, Kansas. KillBox CrossFit is not like a typical gym. What do you get from CrossFit that is different from a typical gym membership? At a typical gym, you pay a flat fee to use the equipment; no guidance, no instruction, just do-it-yourself. At KillBox CrossFit you will receive exceptional training that includes programmed workouts and scaling, daily instruction and coaching, nutritional advice and targeted programming if desired. You are not on your own at KillBox CrossFit! Every class you attend is instructed by a Certified CrossFit Level 1 Trainer.

KillBox CrossFit Class Options

crossfitOnRamp

The aim of the On-Ramp is to expose new CrossFitters to the 9 fundamental movements used in CrossFit and to work on your skill development. We will prepare you to enter the CrossFit classes knowing that you can confidently carry out the movement safely and efficiently.

The 9 fundamental movements of CrossFit are:

  1. The Squat
  2. The Front Squat
  3. The Overhead Squat
  4. The Press
  5. The Push Press
  6. The Push Jerk
  7. The Sumo Deadlift High Pull
  8. The Deadlift
  9. The Medicine Ball Clean

These are just the basic movements; we will also be teaching you Kettlebell skills for conditioning, gymnastic skills for midline stability, Olympic lifts such as the clean, clean and jerk and the snatch.  Plyo-metric skills like box jumping and jump rope work.  All these skills and many more will be covered in the ON RAMP.

Each On-Ramp Class will start and finish with KillBox CrossFit Teesside goal specific WODs. We guarantee you will see a significant improvement in your performance from your first session to your last.

On completion of the On-Ramp Classes you are free to attend any CrossFit class. This is just the start of your CrossFit journey; with CrossFit now part of your lifestyle, you will remain to be constantly motivated, encouraged and inspired to reach higher heights.

We here at KillBox CrossFit offer only an Unlimited option for training.  Come as often as you like...as many times a week as you want!   The more you come, the stronger, the fitter and more motivated you will be.  Our classes:  Monday through Thursday daily class are available at 5 a.m., 8:00 a.m., 5:00 p.m., and 6:00 p.m.  On Fridays our classes that are available are  5 a.m., 8:00 a.m., 5:00 p.m.  Saturdays we offer a 9:30 a.m. class that runs until everyone is done for the day.
