On-ramp Class is required for all new members of KillBox CrossFit. The On-ramp Class is spread out over six sessions, Monday, Wednesday and Friday for two weeks. On-Ramp will provide a total of six hours of personalized small group instruction on the essential foundational movements preformed during CrossFit workouts. You will be coached by a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer on how to execute the movements safely and correctly. This class will reduce the risk of injury and ensure proper development and progression by learning technique correctly from the start. At the end of each session you will also engage in a workout based on the technique and movements learned that day.
$50 one time cost
Monday-Wednesday-Friday for 2 weeks.
After you complete the On-Ramp Class you may choose an option below:
3x per Week (Option B)
$75 per month
Available option for those athletes who have completed the On-ramp class and are transitioning to the daily class schedule.Available 5 a.m., 8:30 a.m., 5:30 p.m., 6:30 p.m. (M-W only!), 5 p.m., 6 p.m. (T-Th only!) classes..
Unlimited (Option C)
Unlimited: $100 per month
Available option for those athletes who have completed the On-ramp class and are transitioning to the daily class schedule. Available 5 a.m., 8:30 a.m., 5:30 p.m., 6:30 p.m. (M-W only!), 5 p.m., 6 p.m. (T-Th only!) classes..
Drop-In Daily: $10
Available to experience CrossFitters visiting the local area.
