Getting Started

We offer two options for someone new to the CrossFit:

1. Join one of our daily classes here at KillBox CrossFit or

2. Reserve personal one-on-one training with a KillBox CrossFit coach

STEP 1 – 2 Weeks of FREE Introductory Classes
At KillBox CrossFit we offer a free introductory class at your convenience!  Please contact us at 316.706.3536 or email us at killboxcrossfit@gmail.com to schedule your free intro class. Please bring workout attire!

Intro class consists of:
• Brief explanation of the CrossFit methodologies
• Baseline workout
• Pricing options

STEP 2 – On-Ramp Class
On-ramp Class consists of (6) 1 hour sessions that are either one-on-one or in a small group. Whether you are unfamiliar with CrossFit or an elite athlete, we offer On-Ramp Classes to prepare new clients for CrossFit before joining our regular programmed classes. These classes are specifically designed to build competence in the nine fundamental movements of CrossFit. Specifically, you will learn the proper mechanics of the squat, clean, deadlift, and press. We will also introduce basic gymnastic movements and Olympic lifting. We patiently move at your pace to make you feel comfortable and confident. On-ramp Class cost is FREE.

STEP 3 – Become a KillBox CrossFit Member
Join our daily classes and follow our Workout of the Day (WOD) programming.
